Cookie Dough Shots

It's only Tuesday which is sad but how about planning your Bank Holiday weekend in style with Cookie Dough shots? If you want to get your bartending skills top notch then you've come to the right place! What's better than mixing cookie dough with alcohol? It's a beverage and dessert all in one! You can even make the cookie dough shot glasses with Gookie Dough to match, very fancy! 

The Classic Cookie

What to do 

Simply layer your Amaretto above the Bailey's Irish cream and then add various pinches of cinnamon. Serve once the cinnamon clumps begin to settle into the liquor. If you're feeling extra cheeky, then add some spray cream and pop mini balls of Gookie Dough on top. A treat for the adults, of course! 

Rainbow Cookie Shot

One oz of raspberry vodka

One oz of amaretto almond liqueur

1/2 oz lime juice

1/4 oz grenadine syrup 

What to do 

Fill a rocks/old-fashioned glass with ice. Add your raspberry vodka, amaretto and lime juice. Then float the grenadine on top. 

Butter Cookie Shot

1/2 oz Vanilla vodka

1/2 oz Irish cream 

3/4 oz DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur 

4 oz milk 

2 oz cream soda 

What to do 

Stir the ingredients together in a collins glass which is filled with ice cubes, shake and serve immediately. 

Oatmeal Cookie and Hot Chocolate Shot

1/3 oz Bailey's Irish cream

1/3 oz butterscotch schnapps

1/3 oz cinnamon schnapps

6 oz hot chocolate 

One dash of chocolate shavings 

Whipped cream 

What to do

Add liqueurs to a mug of hot chocolate, stir and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Feel free to add marshmallows to the mix and enjoy!
