Gookie Dough Lasagne

Italian lover? Certainly! Whether it's pasta, pizza or bread, we're down for it. Tiramisu and pannacotta? Yes! So how about this twist on a traditional lasagne? That's right, we've gone and made a Gookie Dough version and I think we're in love.

You will need

One monster tub of Gookie Dough in original

Two teaspoons of vanilla extract

Mini chocolate chips for sprinkling

One tub (300ml) of fresh whipping cream from Asda

250g of chocolate sauce

9 rich tea biscuits and 9 digestive biscuits

Directions

Take your Gookie dough and pop into a small bowl at room temperature for it to soften slightly. Add in your vanilla extract and whisk with an electric whisk until it is fully combined.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, lay down an even layer of your biscuits. Spread a third of cookie dough on top. Cover the cookie dough with chocolate sauce and then top with another layer of biscuits. Spread a thick and fluffy layer of fresh whipping cream on top and then top again with more biscuits.

Repeat the layering process, leaving a little bit of Gookie Dough remaining and having the top layer as fresh whipping cream. Roll the remaining Gookie Dough into small balls in the palm of your hand and scatter on top. Sprinkle your chocolate chips also to decorate.

Pop your lasagne in the fridge to make the biscuits soften then slice into squares and serve cold.

Turn that frown upside down, it may be Tuesday but things have just gotten a whole lot better. Calories don't exist, remember?!
