Five Ingredient Caramel Apple Cookie Dessert

This dessert may look fancy but can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. If you have a spare half an hour, then get to it because it includes everything that is sat in your kitchen cupboard or fridge. Caramel apple Gookie dessert? Bring that dish to the family gathering; it'll have everyone thinking you're the best baker in the world!

You will need: 

Three red delicious apples which are peeled, cored and sliced 

475ml of apple juice 

510g of Gookie Dough (preferably original) 

Three tablespoons of white sugar 

500g of caramel dip or sauce 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the apple slices in a bowl and cover them with apple juice. Roll out the Gookie Dough onto the baking tray and sprinkle with sugar. 

Bake the Gookie Dough in the oven for about 5-10 minutes or until cooked but also gooey. Warm the caramel in the microwave and spread over the cooled cookie. Remove the apple slices from the juice and arrange them in rows over the caramel. Then drizzle any remaining caramel over the apples. Cut into the desired size and serve.
