Take your Gookie Dough from out of the fridge and pop it on the kitchen counter so it can soften, this allows it to be easier to work with. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Prepare the moulds by brushing the insides with shortening. Remove one piece of Gookie Dough and use a small circle cookie cutter to create a shape for the bottom of the cut. Then simply cut out multiple strips which are slightly more than the height of the moulds to create the sides.

Drop the cut-out circle base into the bottom of the mould and then press the strips into the mould along the sides. Ensure you overlap the bottom to create a seal. Continue adding the strips and pressing them together until it is complete.

Place the moulds on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Keep an eye on them whilst in the oven because they will begin to brown around the top edge when they are done. Remove from the oven and place the moulds on a cooling rack. When they're cooled, turn the moulds upside down and pat the bottom a few times to get the cookie to drop out.

To finish the cups off, melt the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl. Doing one Gookie Dough cup at a time, pour in a small amount of the melted chocolate and immediately swirl the chocolate around and pour out any excess. Aim to ensure that the bottom has a good seal of chocolate. If not all the sides are coated, don't worry. Just grab a butter knife and apply a small amount of chocolate to cover the sides. Let the chocolate to set completely before filling the cups!

A bit crunchy, but still soft and gooey. Perfect for dunking in milk or filling up with your favourite milky treat. We won't judge you for using that bottle of Bailey's, you deserve it! Shot glasses for the win. The plus side? They're edible which means there's no washing up! *Recipe adapted from wannacomewith.com*
