Cookie Dough Tart

The best way to eat a chocolate chip cookie is when it is warm or whole, and with this, you can have a giant gooey cookie crumble tart all to yourself.

You will need:

(For the crust)

195g of all-purpose flour

100g of light brown sugar

50g of granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Eight tablespoons of unsalted butter

(For the cookie filling)

2 Monster tubs of Gookie Dough in original

To make the crust, adjust your oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celcius. Butter a 9-inch pie or tart tin and in a large bowl, stir the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar and salt to combine. Stir in melted butter until moist crumbs form and then press into the bottom and sides of the pan.

Enter the tubs of Gookie Dough into a bowl and let sit until they become slightly soft and more manageable to work with. Press the dough on top of the pie crust and ensure that it is even. Bake the pie in the oven until the top is golden brown and the pastry is puffed. Transfer to a wire rack to cool about 45 minutes before slicing and serve warm with ice cream and caramel sauce. Divine!

Melted chocolate, a flaky pastry, creamy filling and the sweet hit of Gookie Dough. I think we may have found heaven.
