Cookie Dough S'mores Dip

All things cookie dough continues with a gorgeously simple but mouthwateringly delicious gem of a recipe. Let's be real; cookie dough comes in many forms, whether that be chocolate, peanut butter or sugar cookie and the list goes on. We have cookie dough fudge, ice cream, pies, cakes, cookies, dips and candy. So, you best be excited. Today we are making S'mores Cookie Dough Dip with the use of our precious friend Gookie Dough. Preferably in original flavour.

So, you've got your tub of Gookie Dough. Grab yourself some malted milk's and pop them as your base in a skillet. Top with Gookie Dough and pop chocolate chunks on top. Sprinkle extra biscuit crumbs on top then sprinkle the top with marshmallows. Heat this is the oven for a few minutes to melt the chocolate and toast the marshmallows. You shall now have gooey goodness!

In other words, here are the instructions:

Firstly, preheat the oven to 220 Celsius. Use a food processor to grind your biscuits into a fine crumb. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and mix with your broken biscuits. Divide the crumbs into two 6 inch skillets and use 1/4 cup for each. Divide the cookie dough evenly and press on top of the biscuits, add more chocolate!! Top with mini marshmallows, or big ones, treat yourself. Pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes so the chocolate melts and the marshmallows toast. You will also have a gorgeous biscuity Gookie Dough base.

I don't know about you, but it looks divine, and I've never been so excited to host a buffet dessert. Do you have any other dip ideas? Move over custard creams, you have become dull. Make sure you invite everyone round for a sleepover because we have some movie marathons to watch!
