Cookie Dough Bowls

Our love for cookie dough is no secret, milkshakes, shot glasses and dip. You name it, we've made it. The craving is out of control but it's our guilty pleasure. We've just made ice cream a million times better with cookie dough ice cream bowls! The best bit? It's as easy as 1,2,3...

You will need:

A tub of vanilla ice cream

A monster tub of Gookie Dough in a flavour of your choice or a set of minis to have a range of flavoured bowls

Sauce and sprinkles for decoration (optional)

To make the bowls, cover the bottom of a muffin tin with cling film. It must be covered tightly so don't be afraid to go overboard on the cling film (just don't wrap yourself in the process, that stuff is needy!). Encase each wrapped muffin cup with Gookie Dough and then freeze the whole tray until solid. With the cling film, the bowls should pop right off. Easy peasy and no washing up!

Then, of course, knock yourself out with your ice cream, sprinkles and sauce. The real question is, sprinkles or sauce first? Leave your answer in the comments below.

Little tip alert: the bowls do soften quite fast but I'm sure they'll be gone in no time!
