Cookie Dough Bark

Super simple and deliciously addictive, for this is cookie dough bark with the use of Gookie Dough! No rolling, no dipping, you can be eating this in less than an hour and the best part is that no oven is required, so even if you're a bit of a mess when baking, you cannot go wrong! Super soft, chocolatey goodness which melts on the tongue and explodes in your mouth as the velvety texture of Gookie Dough greets you.

You will need:

115g of butter 

150g of brown sugar

275g of all purpose flour 

Two teaspoons of vanilla extract 

400g or 14oz of sweetened condensed milk 

160g of mini chocolate chips 

320g of milk chocolate chips

One mini tub of Gookie Dough (optional)

Directions 

In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, then add the vanilla extract. Now add the flour, scraping the sides of the bowl if necessary. While your electric whisk is running, add in the condensed milk a bit at a time and continue mixing until thoroughly combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips. Melt the half of the milk chocolate chips and spread the mixture onto parchment paper, until it's one big section, don't make it too thin. Pop in the fridge for 15-30 minutes or until hardened. Spread Gookie Dough over the hardened chocolate in an even layer and pop in the fridge again. Melt the rest of the milk chocolate chips and pour over the cookie dough layer. Allow to harden and break apart.
